At Tall Timbers, our meeting and conference spaces are separate buildings from lodging. Whether you are a small Sunday School class, a mid-sized company looking for a space to train a class, or a group leader looking for a large space to host a conference, we have an option to meet your needs! Set-ups? No problem!
We can help set up your conference space in a variety of different options and we work hard to get as many details from you during planning so that your meeting space will be prepared upon your arrival. Whether it is tables and chairs or audio/visual equipment, we probably have most of the items you need for an effective session or worship area. Free wi-fi is available in all conference rooms.
Things to know:
As you are choosing an available meeting space for your group, know that your setup may reduce the maximum number of people that can fit comfortably in the room. Requesting for chairs behind tables in a classroom style setup in a small or medium-sized conference space takes up much more space than chairs seated towards a focal point.
