Welcome to Tall Timbers Baptist Conference Center! We are centrally located in Forest Hill, Louisiana about 13 miles south of Alexandria on the edge of Kisatchie National Forest. We serve a variety of churches, schools, universities, and community groups. Whether you are looking for a summer camp or a beautiful location for a weekend retreat, we would love to serve you here!

Tall Timbers can lodge up to 475 guests in our hotel and cabins. We have 4 conference rooms of varying sizes for you to use as a meeting space for your group. Feel free to explore the walking trails around our spring-fed lake during your stay!

Camp Stories

Awesome camp and an awesome staff! We just finished up Winter Camp at Tall Timbers! God used this camp to minister to our students in ways I never imagined – our teens said this experience was better than any camp they’ve ever attended and we’ve attended the BIG ONES. I don’t know how many ministers know of this camp, but they should!

WOW!!!! What a week!!! I can not sing the praises of Tall Timbers loudly enough!!! To God be the glory!!! We are so thankful for Tall Timbers. All three of our child’s salvation to Jesus Christ is directly related to Tall Timbers in some way. Our son Noah got saved on the night after returning from a camp there. Our oldest daughter got saved after we talked with her on her completion of a questionnaire to be a helper at Tall Timbers. And just this week, our youngest daughter got saved there. GLORY TO GOD!!!! JESUS SAVES!!!! So yes, I’m fond of the place. Kids Camp was so awesome this week. Thank you ministry team, Summer staff, cook staff, and office staff for all you do. Praise God for y’all!!!
